L'ARBALESTEYRE
L'ARBALESTEYRE is the brand with ancient connotation brings the whole story of Eleanor of Aquitaine (Queen of France for LOUIS VII and later Queen of England for HENRY II) and Bordeaux since the twelfth century.
At the time of Eleanor, the palace was built around a tower which mentioned for the first time in a document dated 1080. This tower is called, from the year of 1262, as l'arbalesteyre.
Now disappear, the palace was located in the current historic center of Bordeaux and faced the river Garonne. Through the Garonne river Bordeaux wines were distributed worldwide.
